Beschrijving van de job:
Provides support to the sales team and the entire sales process regarding bids and tenders.
Result fields:
o Identifies the required resources including representatives of relevant departments or partners in order to get the required information for the duration of the bid.
o Obtains management approval for the recommended bid strategy. This includes financial, technical, operational, commercial considerations and contractual impact.

Assists the Account manager to create and manage the bid plan, ensuring issues are escalated in an appropriate manner to the relevant management level during the bidding process.
o Analysing customer requests and designing a consistent solution architecture (including scope development, costing, pricing and terms, conditions negotiation/resolution, execution plans and creative solutions) in close coordination with delivery team and on the basis of the IRIS ‘ tools and those available on the market, in order to meet the needs of the company’s various departments.
o Compiling the information in order to draft optimal technical tenders
o Validating the proposed solutions by maintaining constant exchanges with customers Presales Consultants and Account
o Collaborating to the identification of the risks of the project. Ensuring strict delimitation of the scope of the projects,
the budgets and the required days in agreement with the delivery teams.
o If required, proceeding with detailed presentations of the technical contents of the offers in the presence of technical
consultant and Account Managers.
o Once the sales have been made, transferring the knowledge relating to the files to the managers in charge of project
Gezocht profiel:
Master’s degree
o Excellent writing skills
o Knowledge of ECM (ideally Documentum, SharePoint and Alfresco), RUP methodology (Rational Unified Process) and ML
language is a plus.
o Good knowledge of programming languages, databases, application servers, etc.
o Excellent knowledge of the interfaces between software elements within the system. o Good knowledge of software development processes and methodologies
o French mother language and very good knowledge (written and spoken) of English and Dutch o Creative and with a personal vision about the technical evolutions in his field
o Flexibility, capability to work under pressure and to adapt to workload peaks
