Brief description of the different functions : |
THE GLOBAL MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM:
The Trainee Program involves a 10 month training phase. This is then followed by a challenging first position placement.
The program begins with one week induction at Global Headquarters in Leuven, Belgium. Throughout the remainder of the training, trainees travel to different locations in their country and Zone to experience a variety of breweries and sales locations within the organization. Trainees also spend time at their Zone’s Headquarters to learn the strategy behind everything they have seen out in the field.
Career path: Once the official training period is complete, trainees are placed in their first position - a junior management role - for approximately 12-18 months before moving to their second position. At this time, careers will evolve based on individual performance.
