Description du job :

In this department you will be the single point of entry for our clients into our organisation. You will be responsible for the external contact to our customers in production in the Benelux regions as well as the contact to our mother company in Copenhagen. Your main focus is to ensure a high standard of support towards our clients.

· The positions will include the following tasks and responsibilities:

· In short time - become expert in financial accounting (both theoretically and in SimCorp Dimension) • Bringing financial and system know-how into SimCorp’s highly knowledge based sales activities through presentations and workshops

· Financial research – with focus on financial products, analytics, accounting, reporting and the practical implementation and handling of those products

· Assistance and ad-hoc tasks on SimCorp Dimension implementation projects.

· Implementation of our product SimCorp Dimension

· Assistance to our clients in all aspects of their daily financial business

· Handling customer enquiries regarding the functionality of our product

· Give advice and propose ad-hoc solutions to our clients

· Communicate errors and enhancement requests towards our mother company

Profil recherché :

· Master degree or a PhD in finance/economics

· Good presentation and communication skills

· Knowledge or high interests in financial issues

· You have just been graduated or you already have a first experience in the financial sector

· Mother tongue can be either Dutch or French; fluent in English

· Good people skills, service-minded and stress-resistant.
