The pro-active and direct attitude of My Job Campaign towards students at Colleges and Universities is of key importance. The direct approach allows us to access a large group of students interested in logistics and complements the job fairs. Ernst and Young is looking every year for a large number of young graduates. Until now to get our recruitment targets, we have used job fairs, campus presentations and our own site. My Job Campaign reveals to be an efficient additional tool to reach a larger amount of students in the specific orientations of Ernst and Young’s jobs. In the course of the year we have observed a significant increase of the number of applications through this new channel that enables us to recruit some young people. We consider that My Job Campaign is a complementary tool to our own actions on the campuses.
